Introduction

Welcome to WeWatch! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WeWatch mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

• 1. You must be at least 10 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.
• 2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• 3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

• 1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of WeWatch and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• 2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

User Content

• 1. By using the App, you grant WeWatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute any content you post or submit through the App.
• 2. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license to WeWatch.
• 3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Privacy Policy

• 1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• 1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
• 2. In no event shall WeWatch's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App

Termination

• 1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
• 2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive.

Governing Law

• 1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
• 2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of New York.
• 3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Changes to Terms

• 1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the App.
• 2. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
